Less visible, more valuable - Time to regroup, refocus and increase impact

I'm neither retiring nor taking a sabbatical, I am going to be less visible though as I focus on high value relationships and business opportunities where values, experience and skills are aligned ... in that order.

The things I am focused on and what you will see are part of my core, namely customer experiences, investment in and commercial finance for rapid growth ventures, and giving; some people will call this last one corporate social responsibility but it it is far more. There is a huge amount about to happen in each of these areas within my community.

I won't be doing it alone, no one person can. Collaboration with people is key. The kind of people I collaborate with are both at or near the top of their game and humble enough to continue to learn and to grow.

Introducing the Q-Team

In addition I'm putting together a Q-Team with people who have quantum impact on business outcomes. The Q-Team is surgical, scientific, spiritual and sensual.

  • Surgical = Direct, No Bullshit, Clean Incision, Penetration, and Extraction
  • Scientific = We execute according to simple universal laws
  • Spiritual = There are more than just ourselves or even us collectively. There is a bigger and greater one of which we are a part, and which we are.
  • Sensual = We engage for our pleasure and the enjoyment of business (and) life.

The purpose of the Q-Team is to support founders to be better so that their clients love every experience.

The Q-Team goes into businesses and prepares them for investment. The team then stays on in the business for a short period directly following the drawdown of the first tranche.

Now to be clear I'm not saying that the people I work with are the absolute only people who could ever make amazing, even inspiring, shit happen for you. There are many many GREAT people out there. I'm saying that these people are some of that exceptional group.

Every successful enterprise requires Desire, Intention, Commitment and Execution (DICE) to be aligned.  When you are ready to roll the dice reach out.
