The Optimisation Zone - Optimisation sits on the edge between readiness and execution
In this episode we take a look at the idea that optimisation sits on the edge between readiness and execution.
Although this is a concept that I’ve taught my premium clients for decades, I was reading one of Seth Godin blogs the other day, and came across an interesting quote that maps directly to this.
Seth said...
"Don't think outside the box, because outside the box, there's a vacuum. Outside the box there are no rules. There is no reality. You have nothing to interact with, nothing to work against. You need to think along the edges of the box, because that's where things get done. That's where the audience's, that's where the means of production are available. And that's where you can make an impact."
Now read that last bit again… because it’s important ...

It’s not important because it’s exactly the same message as “optimisation sits on the edge between readiness and execution” that I've shared with premium clients for almost three decades as I've worked with them to help them grow and expand the business or expand their business. It is important because that is the key to discovering optimisation.
Optimisation comes in many forms. There are many processes in business and personal life and many thousands of sub-processes for each of those. Relationships is one of them and in this episode I briefly look at how a past client was able to secure a huge contract for his business because of optimised relationships.
